Frente Parlamentar Brasil–China é instalada em São Paulo
A Frente Parlamentar Brasil–China de Desenvolvimento Social, Econômico, Financeiro, de Empreendedorismo e Relações Internacionais foi oficializada por meio da Resolução nº 2/2024.

Foi instalada nesta quinta-feira (23) a Frente Parlamentar Brasil–China de Desenvolvimento Social, Econômico, Financeiro, de Empreendedorismo e Relações Internacionais, em cerimônia realizada no Plenário da Câmara Municipal de São Paulo.
A sessão especial da Câmara, no Plenário 1º de Maio, foi proposta pela vereadora Edir Sales (PSD), presidente da Frente Parlamentar Brasil-China.
Participaram e compuseram a mesa : Thomas Law, presidente do Ibrachina; Yu Peng, Cônsul-Geral da China em São Paulo; Mario Marcovicchio, presidente do Conseg 25 de Março e Sé; Jake Chen, Presidente à Associação de Caridade Brasil-China e Associação de Tiro Esportivo; Fabio Ye, Presidente da Associação chinesa do Brasil.
Thomas Law, que atuará como Consultor-Geral e Consultor de Relações Internacionais e Intercâmbio do bloco, elogiou a iniciativa. “Esta Frente Parlamentar será uma oxigenação, com novas ideias para tratarmos de questões que atingem a cidade de São Paulo. As comissões estão preparadas para fazermos intercâmbios com a China em várias áreas, como negócios e cultura“, pontuou.
O Presidente do Conselho de Segurança da região da 25 de Março e Sé e Diretor do Sindicato de Tecidos e Armarinhos do Estado de São Paulo, Advogado Mário Marcovicchio, em seu discurso de posse destacou:
“… Diante desses números tão expressivos na economia brasileira . A China é muito importante para o Brasil e para os brasileiros. Eles são nosso principal parceiro comercial e temos interesse em fortalecer ainda mais essa relação tão estreita e forte , em todos as direções, nas áreas de saúde, turismo, cultura, gastronomia, artes, cinema/teatro/esportes, segurança publica, direito etc.
A frente parlamentar que hoje nasce aqui vai ser este caminho q vai viabilizar essas imensas oportunidades que estão surgindo entre estes dois gigantes mundiais.
Esterno aqui minha admiração e meus profundos respeitos ao povo chinês aqui representados por todos vocês e ao seu representante maior em São Paulo, o jovem e talentoso Cônsul Yu Peng, Cônsul-Geral da China em São Paulo, e por último a Vereadora Edir Sales que tem sido aqui em São Paulo, no Brasil e na América Latina, a voz da comunidade chinesa…”.
“A Frente Parlamentar é uma iniciativa muito importante para o aprofundamento da amizade Brasil-China, bem como reconhecimento desse relacionamento amistoso entre os dois países. São Paulo é uma vanguarda na amizade com a China”, ressaltou o cônsul-geral da China em São Paulo, Yu Peng.
A vereadora Edir Sales explicou a importância da Frente Parlamentar, que irá “debater muitos assuntos pertinentes a essa união que temos com os chineses, e a contribuição que eles dão para a cidade de São Paulo”. Ela explicou que a instalação do bloco ocorre no contexto das celebrações dos 50 anos das Relações Diplomáticas entre Brasil e China. Ainda como parte da sessão, o Ibrachina Futebol Clube recebeu a Láurea da Câmara Municipal, concedida por iniciativa da vereadora.
Estiveram presentes à sessão Henrique Law, presidente do Ibrachina Futebol Clube; Tak Chung Wu e Li Li Min, do CPDI Ibrachina/Ibrawork; Ademir Moraes, presidente da APECC; e diversas lideranças da comunidade chinesa em São Paulo.
Enviaram congratulações pela instalação da Frente Parlamentar o Presidente da República, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva; o presidente do Senado Federal, Rodrigo Pacheco; o presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, Arthur Lira; o governador de São Paulo Tarcísio de Freitas; além do presidente da Assembleia Legislativa de São Paulo, André do Prado.
Objetivo da Frente e Consultores
A Frente Parlamentar Brasil–China de Desenvolvimento Social, Econômico, Financeiro, de Empreendedorismo e Relações Internacionais foi oficializada por meio da Resolução nº 2/2024.
O grupo da Câmara pretende discutir e propor ações de incentivo e crescimento das ações e parcerias comerciais, bem como o empreendedorismo, às micro e pequenas empresas e às empresas individuais.
Além disso, devem ser feitos estudos para aprimoramento da legislação municipal para fomentar o comércio, a economia, o empreendedorismo, e promover a formalização, a organização e o desenvolvimento de todo e qualquer comércio entre os países.
Foram indicados diversos consultores que ajudarão no desenvolvimento do trabalho da Frente. Ana Ou Law é a Consultora da Política para as Mulheres, Ademir Moares tratará de Ações Comerciais, Financeiras e Econômicas, enquanto o Dr. Li Li Min é responsável por Saúde e Pesquisa.

Brazil–China Parliamentary Front is installed in São Paulo

The Brazil-China Parliamentary Front for Social, Economic, Financial, Entrepreneurship and International Relations was installed on Thursday (23) in a ceremony held at the Plenary of the São Paulo City Council.
The special session of the Chamber, in the May 1st Plenary, was proposed by Councilwoman Edir Sales (PSD), president of the Brazil-China Parliamentary Front.
The following participated and composed the table: Thomas Law, president of Ibrachina; Yu Peng, Consul General of China in Sao Paulo; the Lawyer and Journalist Mario Marcovicchio, president of Conseg 25 de Março e Sé and Director of the Union of Fabrics and Haberdashery of the State of São Paulo; Jake Chen, President of the Brazil-China Charity Association and Shooting Sports Association; Fabio Ye, President of the Chinese Association of Brazil.
Thomas Law, who will serve as the bloc’s General Counsel and International Relations and Exchange Advisor, praised the initiative. “This Parliamentary Front will be an oxygenation, with new ideas to deal with issues that affect the city of São Paulo. The commissions are prepared for us to exchange with China in various areas, such as business and culture,” he said.
The President of the Security Council of the 25 de Março e Sé region and Director of the Fabrics and Haberdashery Union of the State of São Paulo, Lawyer Mário Marcovicchio, in his inauguration speech highlighted:
“… Given these very significant numbers in the Brazilian economy. China is very important for Brazil and for Brazilians. They are our main trading partner and we are interested in further strengthening this close and strong relationship, in all directions , in the areas of health, tourism, culture, gastronomy, arts, cinema/theater/sports, public security, law, etc.
The parliamentary front that is being born here today will be this path that will enable these immense opportunities that are emerging between these two global giants.
I express here my admiration and my deep respects to the Chinese people represented here by all of you and to their greatest representative in São Paulo, the young and talented Consul Yu Peng, Consul General of China in São Paulo, and finally to Councilor Edir Sales who has been here in São Paulo, in Brazil and in Latin America, the voice of the Chinese community…”.
“The Parliamentary Front is a very important initiative for deepening Brazil-China friendship, as well as recognizing this friendly relationship between the two countries. São Paulo is a vanguard in friendship with China”, highlighted the consul general of China in São Paulo, Yu Peng.
Councilor Edir Sales explained the importance of the Parliamentary Front, which will “debate many issues pertinent to this union we have with the Chinese, and the contribution they make to the city of São Paulo”. She explained that the installation of the block takes place in the context of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Brazil and China. Also as part of the session, Ibrachina Futebol Clube received the Laureate from the City Council, granted on the initiative of the councilor.
The session was attended by Henrique Law, president of Ibrachina Futebol Clube; Tak Chung Wu and Li Li Min, from CPDI Ibrachina/Ibrawork; Ademir Moraes, president of APECC; and several leaders of the Chinese community in São Paulo.
Congratulations on the installation of the Parliamentary Front were sent to the President of the Republic, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva; the president of the Federal Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco; the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Arthur Lira; the governor of São Paulo Tarcísio de Freitas; in addition to the president of the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo, André do Prado.
Objective of the Front and Consultants
The Brazil–China Parliamentary Front for Social, Economic, Financial Development, Entrepreneurship and International Relations was made official through Resolution No. 2/2024.
The Chamber group intends to discuss and propose actions to encourage and grow commercial actions and partnerships, as well as entrepreneurship, for micro and small companies and individual companies.
Furthermore, studies must be carried out to improve municipal legislation to promote trade, economy, entrepreneurship, and promote the formalization, organization and development of any and all trade between countries.
Several consultants were appointed to help develop the Front’s work. Ana Ou Law is the Women’s Policy Consultant, Ademir Moares will deal with Commercial, Financial and Economic Actions, while Dr. Li Li Min is responsible for Health and Research.
